Suarez suggests Griezmann to Barcelona is a done deal

Luis Suarez has been talking up a Barcelona move for Antoine Griezmann in an interview with Uruguayan radio.

The forward was asked about the speculation surrounding the Atletico Madrid star and this is what he said:

“It makes the club proud to bring players of this quality like Antoine, like Dembele and Coutinho came,” he said.

“He’s a player who brings a huge amount, he has a lot of years playing at the highest level, always fighting. He rules up front for Atletico and that is fundamental.

”He is not coming to take the place of anyone, but with the ambition of winning important things. He will be welcome.”

The rumors surrounding Griezmann are just starting to grow louder as we head towards the end of the season.

The Frenchman has said he wants his future sorted before the World Cup and given the tournament is now only a little over a month away we may get something definitive soon.
