After winning La Liga last week, Barcelona have one final job to do this season: try and become the first team in the history of Spanish football to go an entire league season without a loss. Ernesto Valverde may not please many, but everyone will be forced to give him and his team credit if they become the first ever La Liga Invicibles.

But there is one problem: Real Madrid. The dethroned champions come to Camp Nou on Sunday and their only goal is to stop Barça from reaching immortality. They don’t care if they lose 3-0 again like we saw in the first game of the season, they just want to win and will use all means necessary to do so. This is the final big test for the league champions, and they’ll be just three games away from history if they pass it.

This should be a sick El Clásico. It doesn’t mean much, so it’ll be crazy fun. Regardless of the result, entertainment is promised.

POSSIBLE LINEUPS

Barcelona (4-4-2): Ter Stegen; Roberto, Piqué, Umtiti, Alba; Coutinho, Rakitic, Busquets, Iniesta; Messi, Suárez

Real Madrid (4-3-1-2): Navas; Nacho, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo; Modric, Casemiro, Kroos; Isco; Ronaldo, Benzema

PREDICTION

It’s impossible not to see a lot of goals in this one, but I trust Barça’s defense a lot more than Madrid’s: 4-2 to the champions.
